The series of PBoy EV fuses are designed for the protection of auxiliary circuits in new energy electric vehicle battery packs, energy storage batteries, new energy power systems, charging systems, as well as DC-DC converters, compressor air conditioning systems, PTC, battery heating systems, charging systems and power steering pump systems. The products have high arc extinguishing capability and can reliably interrupt direct current voltage. Products of different voltage categories can meet the requirements of various new energy vehicles with different voltage levels. They are characterized by compact size, lightweight design, low temperature rise, low power consumption and small I2T value.

ESS FUSE

ESS fuSE have ultra-high breaking capacity (up to 250kA), capable of reliably interrupting 1500Vdc voltage. They feature high breaking capacity, low I2T value, fast fuse speed, significant current limiting characteristics, low power consumption temperature rise, and safety and reliability. Specifically designed for overcurrent short-circuit protection and backup protection of energy storage battery packs, energy storage combiner box, and energy storage PSC systems. They serve as overcurrent short-circuit protection and backup protection for battery systems, rectifier diodes, thyristors as well as complete sets of devices composed of semiconductor components.

RECTIFIER UNIT FAST SPEED FUSE

This series of fuses provide short circuit protection requirements for complete sets of devices composed of rectifier diodes, thyristors and semiconductor devices, voltage 250V-2000V, current up to 10000A, breaking capacity up to 230kA, different types of installation categories, it has excellent application performance in electric locomotive, power generation rectifier system, electrolytic aluminum, chlor-alkali, steel, hydrogen production, chemical industry and other high-power occasions. According to the system requirements, it can cooperate with various schemes of air cooling and liquid (water) cooling. It has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, small I2T value, fast fusing speed, remarkable current limiting characteristics, low power consumption temperature rise, safety and reliability.
