Hiprecise's HPC-9060 full-automatic tube inserting and terminal crimping machine is practical equipment specially designed for fields of electrical assemblies, with self-developed core technologies. The equipment adopts latest terminal feeding method of vibratory plates plus X/Y-axis swivel for recognition of terminals, supports applicator-switching-free crimping for 20 types of terminals online, achieving wire cutting, wire stripping, tube inserting, tube marking, heat-shrink, terminal crimping, dual-layer integral product collector, detection and other functions, achieving the automation and flexibility of wiring harness production.

HPC-8080 FULL-AUTOMATIC TUBE INSERTING AND TERMINAL CRIMPING MACHINE

Hiprecises HPC-8080 full-automatic tube inserting and terminal crimping machine is a specially designed practical machine based on years of experience from more than 500 customers from fields of electrical assemblies of HPC-8040 which was invented by Hiprecise in 2014. It is suitable for full-automatic production of tube inserting, laser marking and terminal crimping of switchgear harness. This equipment is capable of 2-wire 2-tube automatic switching with no need for human intervention. Processable wire diameter range is 0.5-6 mm2 (cutting and flattening available for 6mm2), 24 groups of crimp jaws for applicator-switching-free crimping, achieving paper-free input of work order data. One single machine satisfies all kinds of common switchgear terminal crimping, the efficiency of mixed-sequence production can reach 750 pcs/h.
