EP Shanghai Grand Opening Scale reaches a new high, Joining hands with the industry for "Upgrading, transformation, and integration."

Organized by the China Electricity Council and State Grid Corporation of China, co-organized by Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd., “The 31st Shanghai International Exhibition on Electric Power Equipment and Technology (EP Shanghai 2023),and the“Shanghai International Energy Storage Technology Application Exhibition” will open from November 15 to 17 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre .

Themed “Upgrading, Transformation, and Integration” ，gathers over 1,500 brands/exhibitors from worldwide. From material and equipment procurement to technical innovation and exchange, EP Shanghai provides domestic and international power companies, power grid companies, power plants, power engineering companies, power supply companies, power design institutes, and industrial users in construction, rail transit, steel, and shipbuilding industries. This year, EP Shanghai sets new benchmarks with an expansive exhibition area spanning 60,000 sqm, spread over 5 exhibition halls, featuring over 30 concurrent conferences and events, as well as business matching and new technology / new product gallery. The expansion creates a rich and diverse exhibition experience for the industry visitors. Visitors can find their target equipment suppliers more specifically and have a deeper understanding of the international frontier technology as EP Shanghai has divided into five specialized theme zones - “One-stop Power Transmission and Distribution”, “Integrated Energy”, “Electric Power Automation”, “Intelligent Manufacturing”, and “Energy Digitalization”,.

Concurrent Events and Conferences not to be missed
During the exhibition, the "Forum on High-Quality Development of Electric Power" was held at the Kerry Hotel in Shanghai. The forum, hosted by the China Electricity Council and State Grid Corporation of China, was grand in scale. Over 400 industry leaders from the National Energy Administration, State Grid Corporation, China Electricity Council, China Southern Power Grid Company, TBEA, Shandong Electrical Engineering & Equipment Group, Winsan Information Technology Co., Ltd., Pinggao Group, and others gathered to analyze topics such as the digital transformation of power, new generation power IoT operations, and key technologies for new energy storage. Participants responded enthusiastically, and the attendees and entrepreneurs shared their insights, jointly discussing new ideas, directions, and models for the high-quality development of the power industry.

At the same time, to facilitate targeted searches for equipment suppliers and deepen industry exchanges, this exhibition organized more than 30 concurrent events in various fields. It gathered experts from various fields to deeply discuss and interpret the development trends, application scenarios, and future evolution of the new power system industry from the perspectives of industry, technology, and market. The key forums include the "Forum on Green and Ecological Development of New Energy Storage (Shanghai)," "Reliable and Safe Operation Technology for Rail Transit Power Supply and Distribution," "Innovative Technology for Building Internet of Things," "Industrial Internet of Things and Digital Transformation of Power," "Low-Carbon Data Center Engineering Construction," and more. These forums analyze industry pain points, discuss core technologies, and inspire new vitality in the development of the power industry.

Over 150 Local & Overseas Delegations
As Asia's leading and largest domestic electric power and electrical equipment exhibition. EP Shanghai has invited over 150 professional delegations.
