Silicon steel three-dimensional core / Amorphous alloy three-dimensional core
Laminated core made of grain-oriented silicon steel: manufactured by winding grain-oriented silicon steel strips, it features balanced three-phase magnetic circuits, high mechanical strength, excellent short-circuit withstand capability, low noise, mature manufacturing processes, and moderate costs. It exhibits low no-load losses and outstanding performance under heavy-load conditions, making it well suited for industrial applications with high load demands. Amorphous alloy laminated core: constructed by winding amorphous alloy ribbons, it offers no-load losses 60–70% lower than those of silicon steel, providing a distinct advantage in energy savings under light-load operation. However, the material is thin and brittle, with poor impact resistance, low saturation flux density, a relatively large overall footprint, slightly higher noise levels, and higher manufacturing costs. It is ideally suited for distribution applications that operate continuously under light or no-load conditions.
Oil-immersed transformer / Dry-type transformer
Oil-immersed transformers use insulating oil for both insulation and heat dissipation, offering excellent cooling performance, strong overload capacity, robust mechanical construction, high operational reliability, mature manufacturing processes, and significant cost advantages. They can achieve energy efficiency levels meeting national high-efficiency standards and are commonly used in outdoor distribution networks and industrial parks. Dry-type transformers rely on air‑cooled heat dissipation, feature superior fire‑retardant and flame‑resistant properties, operate with low noise, provide stable insulation, exhibit strong resistance to environmental stresses, require simple maintenance, deliver outstanding energy efficiency, and ensure high power supply safety. Balancing safety, environmental protection, and aesthetic appeal, they are widely suited for applications demanding fire resistance, moisture protection, and high reliability.
High- and low-voltage switchgear
The switchgear adopts a modular frame structure, with function compartments isolated from one another and operating independently, offering both safety and flexibility. The main circuit boasts high resistance to electrodynamic forces and robust short-circuit withstand capability; the cable compartment provides ample space and convenient top‑and‑bottom access. Drawer units, handcart assemblies, and other components feature a modular design, ensuring excellent interchangeability among identical functional modules and enabling flexible combinations with fixed units, supporting rated currents of 400 A or less. Complemented by comprehensive mechanical interlocks and five‑protection locking devices, it effectively prevents misoperation and can be equipped with heaters to prevent condensation and corrosion. The cabinet achieves a high degree of protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
