CPT SERIES - STATIC MIXING & VACUUM CASTING SYSTEM

The CPT series (static mixing & vacuum casting system) can be used for CT/PT vacuum casting production and APG casting production at the same time. Materials are automatically mixed under vacuum with two schemes: online-mixing or batching mixing. The mixed materials can be injected directly into the casting mold in proportion by dosing pump, or be injected directly into mold of clamping machine. The system is equipped with formula management which can save corresponding formulas according to different molds. The system can be customized according to customers' production capacity, material formulas, and production processes, to meet customers individual requirement, and to help customer achieve automated and intelligent production.

The DDT series(static mixing vacuum casting&impregnation equipment system) is dedicated to the vacuum casting and pressurized impregnation production of dry-type transformer.Materials are automatically mixed under vacuum with two schemes: online-mixing or batching mixing. The raw materials are configured into A/B components, and the materials are delivered to the metal static mixer according to the proportion through the servo dosing pump, and the coil is directly connected through the casting valve, and the material is casted into the mold. The system is equipped with formula management which can save corresponding formulas according to different molds. The system can be customized according to customers' production capacity, material formulas, and production processes, to meet customers' individual requirement, and to help customer achieve automated and intelligent production.
