  • Nationwide DM campaigns of exhibition news, free entrance tickets and Pre-show Product Newsletter (Exhibits Preview) will be launched prior to the exhibition.

  • Mailing list will be selected from Adsale's in-house quality database accumulating for 20 years through organizing a number of trade shows and publishing trade journals in China, as well as from directories / trade associations.

  • All exhibitors can enjoy the free promotion opportunity by including their exhibit information in the Pre-show Product Newsletter. The Pre-show Product Newsletter will be printed in full colour featuring show information, exhibitors' exhibits, exhibition highlights and special events, like symposium.

  • Based on the Endusers Survey, Exhibitors Survey and Adsale's extensive in-house endusers database, major endusers with high buying potential will be short-listed and invited personally by the Organizers to visit the exhibition.

  • To facilitate exhibitors' on-spot sales, the intended on-spot sales items of exhibitors will be promoted to endusers and potential buyers through different channels. Chinese delegations will be organized to visit the exhibition.
